I am interested in uncovering the mechanisms of ALS pathogenesis and progression. My research leverages a state-of-the-art chimeroid model to investigate how dynamic cellular interactions in the cerebral cortex, across distinct genetic backgrounds, contribute to the disease within a complex cellular environment.
