My main tasks are supporting the technicians and animal caretakers, and keeping up stocks in the labs and storage. In addition, I do part of the laboratory animal administration with regards to breeding registration.

Kamel Aliouane
Research technician
Coordinating the breeding and care of complex transgenic lines that are essential to understanding brain development and disease. Blending scientific expertise with hands-on experience, I ensure the smooth running of the lab’s in vivo research: coordinating transgenic models such as Cre/Flp, floxed, and reporter lines to support high-impact neuroscience discoveries.
