My project focuses on determining how different leptin-sensitive brain circuits are involved in the development of anorexia nervosa symptoms using the activity-based anorexia (ABA) animal model. I am also investigating whether biomarkers associated with leptin predict metreleptin treatment efficacy in the ABA model of anorexia nervosa.
